AI-Accelerated Software Development
We design and build AI-powered software solutions that help businesses automate workflows, integrate systems, and move faster.
Experience
20+ years building business and enterprise systems.
Stack
.NET · Azure · AWS · Modern web · SQL.
Engagements
Fractional, project, retainer.
Approach
AI-assisted delivery, honestly applied.
What we do
Four ways we ship.
01
Automation & integrations
Tie ERPs, CRMs, accounting, and inventory together so the data moves on its own. Replace the spreadsheet that everyone is afraid to touch.
02
Web & SaaS
Marketing sites, customer portals, internal tools, and full SaaS products — from architecture and prototype to production and support.
03
Cloud & .NET
Modernize legacy .NET systems, design Azure or AWS architecture, and run the migrations without breaking the business that depends on them.
04
AI enablement
Two flavors: AI-assisted delivery (we build faster) and AI-integrated solutions (your software gets smarter). Honest scope, no hand-waving.
How we engage
How the work gets done.
01 — DISCOVERY
Understand the business.
Map the workflow, the people, and the data. Identify what is actually slow, brittle, or invisible.
02 — PLAN
Pick the smallest right thing.
A short, written plan with scope, assumptions, and the smallest unit of work that proves the approach.
03 — EXECUTE
Ship in slices.
Working software every two weeks. Real users, real data, no demo-ware. AI used where it shortens the path, not where it adds risk.
04 — DEPLOY & SUPPORT
Stay until it sticks.
Production roll-out, runbooks, and a maintenance arrangement that survives past the launch party.
Selected work
Practical software, built around real business operations.
Operations + accounting integration
Engagement: Custom connector · accounting automation · multi-location sync
Connected an operations platform to enterprise accounting.
A service business had one system running day-to-day operations and another handling accounting, reporting, receivables, and payables. With no off-the-shelf connector available, we designed and built a scheduled synchronization service that detects changed records, pushes only what is needed, logs every run, supports separate companies or locations, and alerts staff when data needs review. The result was near-real-time financial visibility without turning accounting staff into manual middleware, with room for future AI-assisted exception review.
Legacy data migration
Engagement: Data migration · SaaS onboarding · data cleanup
Turned a messy legacy database into clean, import-ready SaaS data.
A company was moving from a proprietary internal application to a modern cloud platform, but the original source code and much of the business logic were gone. We reconstructed rules through stakeholder interviews, profiled the database, and wrote repeatable scripts to normalize, clean, map, and validate the data. One high-noise status field went from hundreds of inconsistent free-text values to a small business-approved list. The process combined SQL analysis, review loops, spreadsheet reconciliation, and AI-assisted pattern discovery for human-approved mappings.
Compliance lab platform
Engagement: Bespoke platform · customer portal · API architecture
Built a multi-tenant compliance workflow platform for a high-volume lab operation.
A lab-services organization needed a custom platform for recurring test intake, result processing, customer communication, reporting, and internal administration across a large customer base. We architected a back-office application, customer portal, and gateway API that separated internal operations from customer-facing workflows while supporting multi-tenant data boundaries, notification logic, reporting, and administrative controls. The platform created a foundation for modern enhancements such as AI-assisted result triage, automated customer messaging, anomaly detection, and internal support agents.
Have a workflow that should be software? Let’s talk.
A 30-minute call, no slides. Tell us what is slow, brittle, or invisible. We will tell you whether software is the right answer — and if so, what the smallest first slice looks like.
